After testing our car between Coober Pedy and Alice Springs two days ago, DC suggested that we drive through the night to get to Darwin on the 20th. None of us could come up with a reason not to. As it got darker, the kangaroos showed up- which made the driving much more interesting. This country has ridiculously straight roads, so in my opinion anything that makes the driving more interesting must be a good thing.
Anyway, we made it to Darwin on the 20th at about 5pm. Today we’re going to be fixing up all the loose ends for scrutineering tomorrow.

Go Stanford. Another American team, Principia College has a new updated website – http://www.prin.edu/solar
Check this site out for live GPS tracking, links to competitors webpages which are translated in English, and various other pages including and updates tab at the bottom with a link to a similar page to this one where comments can be posted.
Hope you find this site as interesting as I did.
